FRED TOMS

Frederic E. Toms is the senior partner of TOMS MILLS & KURUC PLLC

Fred received both his Bachelor of Arts (A.B.) and Juris Doctor (J.D.) degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Fred began his law practice in 1970 in Fayetteville, but moved to Raleigh in December 1971. He has practiced in Wake County ever since and in Cary since 1977. From 1993 until the formation of Toms Mills & Kuruc, PLLC in 2006 he was the sole owner of the law firm, Frederic E. Toms & Associates, PLLC in Cary. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in North Carolina and before the United States Supreme Court.

During his career he has represented thousands of clients in many different practice areas. However, as time passed, he gradually limited his practice to fewer and fewer areas. Currently, his practice is almost entirely devoted to insurance claims and civil lawsuits including claims for serious bodily injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice.

Mr.Toms is married to Pamelia Senn Toms. He has two daughters, Merritt Tracy of Charlotte and Cynthia Lickert of Arlington, VA.
